Information you give us. When you request a consultation through our website form, we collect your first name, phone number, email address, and the treatment you're interested in. If you call, text, or email us, we receive the information you choose to share.

• Moxie: online booking, our online store and memberships, and our client management system. Information you enter when booking or purchasing is handled by Moxie.
• Cherry: patient financing. Information you submit in a financing application goes directly to Cherry.
• Google: our live Google rating, Google Fonts, and our Google Business Profile.
• Netlify: hosts our website.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers above as needed to operate our website and practice, when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our clients, staff, or practice.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or internet transmission is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security. We keep consultation requests only as long as needed for the purposes described here, unless a longer period is required by law.
